Sticky Date Pudding - Single Serve

Sticky date pudding done properly. Rich, dense and packed with dates, with a generous serve of caramel sauce on the side (we don't ration it). Warm it up, pour it over, and let winter do its worst. Serves one, and you won't be sharing anyway.
