A relaxed, hands-on cake decorating class with no prior experience required. You'll spend the morning learning the buttercream techniques behind our most ordered celebration cakes, and you'll leave with a finished, decorated cake to take home.

In this 3.5 hour Swiss meringue buttercream masterclass, you'll learn to:

  • Make silky Swiss meringue buttercream from scratch
  • Stack and fill a three layer cake
  • Achieve clean, sharp edges every time
  • Pipe in multiple styles to finish your cake in our signature Lambeth style

Class size is capped at 8 people, so you'll get plenty of one-on-one time with Emma and the team. Light lunch, refreshments and a glass of bubbly are included (non-alcoholic options too). All equipment and ingredients are provided.
